Webcenter Sites Visitors Services Is Not Working After Datacenter Change (Doc ID 3051477.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, WebCenter Sites

Customer migrated linux servers from a datacenter to the current datacenter and changed hostname in the sites configuration files.
After restarting the servers and when attempting to login to sites via LB host,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error page is displayed

and visitors log showed following error

   at java.net.SocketInputStream.read(SocketInputStream.java:210)
   at java.net.SocketInputStream.read(SocketInputStream.java:141)
   at sun.security.ssl.SSLSocketInputRecord.read(SSLSocketInputRecord.java:475)
