Can a user have more than one Segment? If so, how does the recommendation respond? (Doc ID 3051486.1)

Goal

For a private web where users log in and are assigned a profile (Segment) according to which they are shown some assets or others depending on what is configured in the Recommendations. Is it possible for a user to have two profiles/segments?
In the case that a user has two segments if in a recommendation there is a different asset configured for each segment, what will be shown, will the two assets be shown, or how does it work?

Basically the question is whether a user can have two Segments and if so, how does the Recommendation respond?
