Unable to See "Published Versions" For Revision Tracked Assets

We have an asset type that is revision-tracked, and we have published several versions to the target WCS environment.

On the publish source environment, when we check the asset, we cannot see the published revisions:
  a) Load revision-tracked asset
  b) Click "Show Versions" button
  c) Click "Published Versions" tab:
  - Displays Publish Destination dropdown
  d) Selected one of the destinations where versions of this asset have been published.

Displays "No revisions found."

We expect to see the published versions as documented in "Examining Published Revision History"
