[Java SE] Regression in Oracle Java 11 LDAP Connections (Doc ID 3052247.1)

After upgrading MuleSoft from 4.4 to 4.6, customer application fails with "Could not resolve a valid ldap host" error.

The issue was observed on Oracle JDK 11.0.23. The application works on OpenJDK 11.0.22 on RedHat Linux.
