Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Custom Task Flows are not available in the "Resource Catalog" after upgrading WebCenter Portal from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to see the custom task flows in the resource catalog after upgrading to 12.2.1.4. 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

  1. Start with WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.3 with a shared library with custom task flows.
     
  2. Edit a custom catalog and confirm if you can see the custom task flow when selecting "Add from Library".
     
  3. Upgrade to 12.2.1.4.
     
  4. Edit a custom catalog.  Note that the custom task flows and not displayed from the shared library.
