Symptoms

Oracle Forms FSAL is submitting a report with DESTYPE=ENHANCEDSPREADSHEET, and DESFORMAT=CACHE. The browser opens with the rwservlet and downloads a file without extension.
Expecting the browser should recognize the file and provide option to save it as .xls format.

Changes

New install of Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.19, using Microsoft Edge and Chrome browser to run the Reports when submitted from FSAL
