Conflict Between JDBC Patches 34169816 and 32720458 (Doc ID 3053024.1)

Goal

Trying to apply <Patch 34169816> - MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF 12.2.1.4.0 FOR BUGS 30875695 30962322 32808648) to obtain the fix to unpublished Bug 32808648 - THREAD TAKING LONGER TIME IN CONN.CLOSE AFTER INSERTING CLOB DATA IN OJDBC8 (19.3.0.0.0) in particular, results in conflict with Patch 32720458 - JDBC 19.3.0.0 FOR CPUJAN2022 (WLS 12.2.1.4, WLS 14.1.1)).

 Is there a way to obtain the fix for Bug 32808648 when having Patch 32720458 already installed?
