Symptoms
There are multiple stuck threads on a single managed server from a cluster.
Multiple stuck threads are observed on a single managed server in a cluster running WebLogic Server 14.1.1.0.0. Thread dumps analysis reveals around 400 threads in a stuck state, specifically in the 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' queue. The issue seems to originate from an outbound SOAP call that encounters a delay in receiving a response from an external endpoint.
