Goal
Recently we have upgraded the WebLogic SOA from 12.2.1.2.0 to 12.2.1.4.0, after that only we are seeing this issue on purge job on our production and some of the non prod environments.
Because of this issue we need to do housekeep manually every month before doing SOA partition drop. We go through some of the doc id on that they mention it's a bug
