Symptoms

Using Capture 12.2.1.4.0 with Patch 36613482 - "OWEC Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.240514"

A new Capture Workspace has been created to release documents to Oracle WebCenter Content.  Upon release of a batch from the client, the batch fails and the following error is returned:

oracle.odc.exception.CommitException: An error occurred during the commit process. Error. The document title is empty
