Goal
While testing with Universal Connection Pool (UCP) driver 23.3, it is foundthat oracle DATE column has wrong timestamp values when using API LocalDate.now() to populate date values from java code. However, it is seen that with UCP 23.5, the issue is fixed.
UCP 23.3 --> 30-AUG-2024 12:00:00
UCP 23.5 --> 30-AUG-2024 00:00:00
