WLS Patch Application Failure Due to Missing .patch_storage Directory (Doc ID 3055568.1)

The WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.241008 (Patch 37150572) failed to apply on the customer's server.
The issue resulted in an error message indicating a missing directory: "/oracle/Middleware/.patch_storage/32720458_<Data-Time>".
The customer had no backup versions of the server containing the required directory.

Unable to rollback back the old JDBC patch from the ORACLE_HOME due to missing backup folder from .patch_storage.
