Getting Errors In BAM when trying to enable "Process Metrics" - ERROR Cannot enable "ProcessMetrics" data target as BAM 12c services are unavailable (Doc ID 3056118.1)

Symptoms

In a 12.2.1.4.0, 2 nodes SOA and 2 Nodes BAM cluster, it is not possible to enable the Process Metrics by setting:

EM Console -> Weblogic Domain -> {domain_name} -> System MBean Browser -> Application Defined MBeans node -> oracle.as.soainfra.config node -> Server: {server_name node} -> AnalyticsConfig node -> click analytics -> Change the value of the DisableProcessMetrics attribute to false.

Here appears an exception: Cannot enable "ProcessMetrics" data target as BAM 12c services are unavailable. Please ensure that BAM 12c is configured correctly in your installatio.

In the log files appear:

This SOA/BAM Cluster has disabled the listen-port-enabled parameter, enabled the SSL protocol and the Administration Ports. Like:

Here soa_server1 has SSL port 7002, non SSL port 7001, listen-port-enabled false, machine: Machine1 , cluster: SOACluster , host: host1 and Administration port 9002

Here soa_server2 has SSL port 7002, non SSL port 7001, listen-port-enabled false, machine: Machine2 , cluster: SOACluster , host: host2 and Administration port 9002

Here bam_server1  has SSL port 7004, non SSL port: 7003 and listen-port-enabled false,  machine: Machine1 , cluster: BAMCluster, host: host1 and Administration port 9004.

Here bam_server2 has SSL port 7004, non SSL port: 7003 and listen-port-enabled false, machine: Machine2 , cluster: BAMCluster, host: host2 and Administration port 9004.

Foreign JNDI Providers are configured under t3s protocol:

WLS Console -> {your domain} -> Services -> Foreign JNDI Providers
