Coherence Proxy taking high CPU usage#1583%

We are facing high CPU usage#1583% issue in Proxy node.
Due to this high CPU usage, whole server got stuck and we are not able to login into the server and affecting other applications which is running on this server.
We have implemented the Federated replication cache to synch the cache from NY (Hub) to LN (Spoke) cluster. We are using Hub-Spoke topology.
Attached the all the required configs and logs.
Note: We are facing this issue in all env like Prod, QA and DEV environments
