Goal

In the ChallengeSMS TOTP generation for challenge, initialize, validation API flow, if the user entered the incorrect OTP for the first time and next time if the user enters the correct OTP (which is still valid since OTP expiry time is not reached), even then user is not able to validate the OTP as the API is generating a new OTP even though the previous OTP is valid and expecting the user to enter the new OTP.
