On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Enterprise Scheduler

Scheduling services option in unavailable in EM console

We have two ESS and SOA servers and both are showing up and running in Admin console. On Enterprise Manager console the 'Scheduling services' option is unavailable. 'ESSAPP' is showing failed and 'ESSNativeHostingApp' is showing in warning state. To fix the issue - we did a clean restart of servers then also issue still persisting.

I can see below error in ESS server log.
