Symptoms

When attempting to access the JDE 9.7.2 console URL "https://XXXX/jde/E1Menu.maf" on HTTPS either through load balancer or direct URL is not accessible and throwing

"The Connection for the site is not secure. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR".

Changes

 AppDynamics was been newly configured
