Symptoms

"Content Server" error encountered after uprading 3 node horizontal cluster setup of WebCenter Sites on PROD Environment. We have upgraded WebCenter Sites from version 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.4 into new VMs. After changing IP addresses we are getting "Content Server" error on Node 2 and Node 3.
