12c Ftp Adapter Is Reading Duplicate Values (Doc ID 3060648.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.221011 version

12c FTP adapter is reading duplicate values

This is observed both with SOA and OSB where in a random fashion FTP adapter is processing duplicate records.
Scenario verified with CSV files where values are unique, but while processing is observed that 2 instances are getting created for same record.

This happens after FTP Adapter process the last record of the file. The difference is within 20-30 secs. Adapter polling frequency is 5 sec.
