Goal

In a WebLogic application server environment, which is a horizontal cluster with one main node and 3 cluster nodes which have managed servers created in them the following is observed. There are number of web applications and enterprise applications deployed into the managed servers. When an update happens to the applications deployed to the servers in the main node they get replicated to the servers in the other nodes. But intermittently this does not happen. Even though an updated deployment is there in the servers of the main node that does not get propagated to the servers in the other cluster nodes.
Noticed this error message in the Admin Server log of the main node.

Seems there is a transmission error when the deployments are transmitted to the servers in the cluster nodes. why this error occurs and what could be done to fix this issue.
