Goal
The user requires customization of default HTTP headers used in SALT outbound calls
The third-party application does not allow some of the headers added by GWWS.
Specifically, the third-party REST API does not support the "Content-Type: application/json; charset=UTF-8" header, instead requiring "Content-Type: application/json".
