Symptoms

After OAM is upgraded to 12.2.1.4 the following monitoring tools display invalid, non-existent agents.

1. Go to OAM Console > Configuration > Server Instances > select a server > click Monitor > go to "OAM Agents" tab > one or more incorrect agents are displayed as "Agent_<webserver-hostname>". These agents were never registered or used.

2. Go to http://<oam-admin-hostname>:<port>/dms/Spy > click on OAMS.OAM_Agents/ByAgent or OAMS.OAM_Agents/ByAgentIp > "UnknownAgent" can be observed.

Changes

 OAM was upgraded to 12.2.1.4.
