The WebLogic Administration Server fails to start after a clone process. It comes up in the Admin Mode.
The issue causes a connection problem with the server, leading to a failed state.
Customer encounters java.io.IOException and weblogic.management.configuration.ConfigurationException errors.
The server experiences difficulties in creating a channel for listening on the "DefaultSecure [iiops]" port, possibly due to an incorrect address or port usage by another process

Following error is seen in the Admin Server log:

Environment was cloned from another working environment.
