Symptoms

When trying to raise a request, a pop-up error appears saying "A system error #1733463512879 has occurred. Please contact System Administrator".

Searching for this error in the OIG diagnostic log files, the below error can be seen:

 

Changes

 Some files in OIG were restored from back-up.
