ORDS Returns A 404 For Some Package Methods (Doc ID 3063814.1)

While performing integration tests on a new ORDS 24.1.x server. There is one package containing multiple procedures, some of which work while others throw 404 errors. We are unable to identify any missing execute grants that would cause this.
What could be the cause?
