Symptoms

When using WebLogic Remote Console to connect to an AdminServer running on SSL port connect fails with the error "Attempt Failed: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty"
The problem is only seen when AdminServer SSL configured using pkcs12 certificates. The connection works fine if jks stores are used.
