Symptoms

Connecting to WebLogic AdminServer through WebLogic Remote Console Fails with "Attempt Failed: Connection refused: getsockopt"

The Remote console log on Windows (location ==> C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\weblogic-remote-console\out.log) shows the below message:
