Batches Are Stuck In Processing State in Document Conversion on Solaris (Doc ID 3065105.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Capture Batches are Stuck in "Processing" State. when we restart Enterprise Capture server some of the "processing" batches are processed. But end of the day 10% batches are stuck in "Processing" state.
There is no error entries in logs related to these batches.
When we tried to delete from capture client, it's showing "This batch already locked by DocumentConverterProcessor" message.

Using Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.4.0
 - Patch.33516720 - "OWEC Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.211028"
 - Patch.33730627 - "Upgrading OIT to 8.5.5.21"

Changes

Some Vendors changed the PDF creation method and these fail on Solaris.
