Symptoms

EBS HRMS 12c connector has been integrated and configured with OIG 12c ps4 using AOB mode and
Flat File connector is configured for it to load EBS HRMS Account from csv file.

While running the Flat File recon job to load EBS HRMS Account from csv file, job gets failed with below error and no recon event gets created.

Changes

 Flat File application is configured for EBS HRMS connected application to load the EBS HRMS Account from csv file.
