Changing WebLogic Admin Password in Secure Production Mode Fails with Error "[Security:099079]The number of non-alphanumeric characters in a password cannot be less than 1"

Symptoms
- Domain Configured in Secure Production mode.
- WebLogic admin user was configured with simple password like "Welcome1".
- Trying to change the admin user password by navigating to:
Security Data Tree -->Realms -->myrealm -->Authentication Providers -->Default Authenticator -->Users --><User_Name> and click on password tab
- Enter New Password [simple password without any special characters] and save
- It fails with the below errors:
- The same works if secure Production mode is disabled.
