Symptoms

After applying OCT PSU and SOA patches the bellow exception is observed and users are reporting issues accessing application:

com.bea.wli.sb.service.handlerchain.HandlerException: Unsupported Content-Type: application/{customMIMEType}.1.0+xml; charset=utf-8 Supported ones are: [text/xml]
