Symptoms

Starting OHS fails with below error:

OHS:2079 Client SSL handshake error, nzos_Handshake returned 29005(server localhost:443)

Setting SSLEngine to off in admin.conf brings up OHS.

Changes

 OHS default certificates are expired and are renewed.

Also the wallet has been placed in a  new directory instead of the default  wallet directory location. (${ORACLE_INSTANCE}/config/fmwconfig/components/${COMPONENT_TYPE}/instances/${COMPONENT_NAME}/keystores/default) 

The new wallet directory location is updated in both ssl.conf and admin.conf files.
