Default Access Controller Not Working (Doc ID 3067892.1)

Goal

We are trying to setup SSL certificates based access controller for Oracle Coherence as explained in below guide.

However we are not able to make it work, and stuck at callback handler. We need CertificateCallbackHandler for Oracle Coherence similar to weblogic.security.SSL.CertificateCallback.
