ERROR: ../../osa/services/resources/v0.1/applications 500

appear on OSA web interface trying to unpublish a pipeline.

on osa jetty log the following messages appears:

To unpublish / publish the pipeline again the unique workaround is delete/re-import the pipeline (every time).

The problem is on every pipeline present in the environment.

In production environment we can't give to production customer management team such workaround. This issue happens when a user created/imported a pipeline and that user no longer exist and was deleted from the OSA and new user try to access the pipeline.
