WLS 14.1.2 JDK Options to Set Custom Ciphersuites For Outbound SSL do not Work (Doc ID 3068993.1)

On WLS 14.1.2 with JDK 21, defining custom ciphersuites using JDK property "jdk.tls.client.cipherSuites" does not work.

To connect to OID LDAP Server over SSL with OID Authenticator configuration, below custom ciphersuites were set:

Environment was upgraded from WLS 14.1.1 with JDK 11 to WLS 14.1.2 with JDK 21.
