Symptoms
Unpacking ECC Domain on new installation of WebLogic Server (WLS) 14.1.1 fails.
Steps followed:
- Install schema- EBS database and adds schemas for ECC.
- Installing weblogic (installWebLogic.sh)- Installs the binaries for WLS 14.1.1, Applies the patch ,Domain Template jar ecc_domain_template.jar is provided by ECC Dev.
- createEccDomain.sh- source the environment which calls unpackEccDomain.sh. unpackEccDomain.sh calls unpack.sh from oracle_common/common/bin.
For example the script is invoked as follows:
The issue was isolated to just the unpack.sh script. Setting the log_priority to 'debug' did not write any more output other than the NPE seen.
