Symptoms

Unable to login after reverting from LDAP integration to out of the box Sites database authentication.

When attempting to login, the CAS login page displays "Invalid credentials" and the following are seen in the logs:

cas.log:
[wcsites_server] [NOTIFICATION] [] [org.jasig.cas.authentication.PolicyBasedAuthenticationManager] [tid: 125] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: ] [APP: cas] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] CSAuthenticationHandler failed authenticating fwadmin+password

sites.log:
