Symptoms
New installation of WebCenter Forms Recognition 14.1.1.0.0.
After selecting a batch to review or clicking the batch list's refresh button, Web Verifier displays a "Loading data, please wait..." message. Users can refresh the browser screen and sometimes it allows them to enter the batch. This occurs on all browsers. This appears similar to the issue documented in the knowledge base article below, but there is no mentioned patch for the 14.1.1.0.0 version:
