Oracle Coherence Installer Edelivery Downloader Not Allowed By Customers' Organization Networks.
Until 14.1.1 installer, there is no URL redirection to Oracle Software Delivery Cloud site.
Starting from 14.1.2, COH Installer with WebLogic Server or COH Installer Standalone are available as edelivery software archives.
