Symptoms

Seeing below error in BPM logs after OCT 2024 PSU Patching.

oracle.mds.exception.MDSException: MDS-01259: The metadata store "oracle.mds.persistence.stores.db.DBMetadataStore" cannot be instantiated.
oracle.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: MDS-00003: error connecting to the database
java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out



It is referring to incorrect DB.
