Upgrading opatch fails as shown in the below screen shot.

java -jar <PATCH_HOME>/6880880/opatch_generic.jar -silent oracle_home=<ORACLE_HOME_LOCATION>

It says 'Unable to parse file, please verify if the passed file is valid".
