Accessing Application URL in Browser through OHS from Public Network is Failing but Working from Local Machine (Doc ID 3071283.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access application URL through OHS from Public Network, getting 'This site can't be reached' error in Browser. However when accessing from Local Machine, it was working as expected.

Application request flow:

Browser -> F5 Load Balancer -> Oracle HTTP Server -> Oracle WebLogic Server

Changes

 Entire environment was restarted after recovering from a disk space issue.
