Symptoms

Forms can no longer be compiled in version 12.2.1.19.0 by setting the parameter FORMS_PLSQL_BHVR_COMMON_SQL. The following errors were being encountered based on the values being used. The issue does not happen in Forms 12.2.1.4.0.


Steps to reproduce:
-----------------------

1. Log on to the Linux server.

2. Set FORMS_PLSQL_BHVR_COMMON_SQL, e.g. export FORMS_PLSQL_BHVR_COMMON_SQL=1

3. Execute the command below:
   frmcmp_batch module=<FORM NAME>userid=<USER CREDENTIALS> batch=yes module_type=form compile_all=yes
