Goal

Customer is ugrading their MFT domain from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 and followed Doc ID 2394464.1 in order to achieve their desired requirement.
They migrated the FMW domains to new Oracle linux machines and installed 12.2.1.4 fmw infra and mft binaries.

When they executed the ./ua -readiness it was success. However, while upgrade they got the below error:
