Symptoms
Tried to shutdown the managed server and then bring it back up. However, encountered an issue regarding NodeManager, preventing from bringing the necessary managed server back up and running.
Server on the AWS console box died and was recreated via Auto Scaling Group that seem to have changed the managed servers on the WebLogic Console.
