Applies to:
Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.4.0 to 12.2.1.4.241211 [Release 12c]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When submitting a request containing 2 different access requests, after approval of the parent request and completion of the first child request and ensuring the Provisioning completes. The status gets marked as "Request Completed".
Let the second child request2 expire The status gets marked "Request Expired".
Alhough there is no more action pending on both child requests, the Parent Request stays in "Request Awaiting Child Requests Completion" raising confusion during auditing. It needs to be updated with a status indicating the parent request has reached the final stage.
