OSB service fails due to org.apache.poi.ooxml.POIXMLTypeLoader (Doc ID 3074945.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

OSB service is working fine on server1 but failing with below error on svr2

Oracle together with ABL restarted, OSB servers and configured the cluster. of note, osb_server 2 was brought up recently. thus this library issue is new.

[service_name: OlympicAgentPriceUpload/ProxyService/ReadFTPFile]
Error: Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.apache.poi.ooxml.POIXMLTypeLoader
at org.apache.poi.xssf.model.ThemesTable.<init>(ThemesTable.java:86)

Changes

 Added a second node to the cluster
