Goal

WebLogic fails to honor the PRE_CLASSPATH variable during the service installation process, specifically when using the installSvc.cmd script. As a result, custom classpath entries, such as custom logging libraries (e.g., specific versions of log4j and slf4j), are not being prepended to the WebLogic classpath when the server is launched as a Windows service.
