On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, MFT Runtime Server

Oracle MFT File Type transfers are not working

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

MFT should be transferring the files

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Monitor the environment
2. See the file transfers affected
