Symptoms
Installed WebCenter Forms Recognition 14.1.1.0.0 and ALM 2.2 with Tomcat 9.0. After installing ALM the "ALM" application is not available within the Tomcat manager. Also are not able to access the URL http://localhost:8080/ALM
